Peacoc is dedicated to bringing you the best products we can - as quickly as we can. We're an Australian company and we use Australia Post for the majority of our orders. Placing our trust in Australia Post means that sometimes things can go wrong - here are things we look out for when packaging orders

Correctly Addressing Orders
We address satchels as they are entered at the time of purchase, if a postcode or suburb is entered incorrectly it can create delays once the order has entered the mailing system.

Rural Addresses
Orders to rural addresses take longer to get from A to B in the mailing system, and we can't guarantee Express Postage times.

International Addresses
Every country has their addressing system and we're learning a lot about them all! Sometimes it means we have parcels returned to us even if they're addressed as provided in the order. We do our best to keep a track of returns, but can't guarantee how long it will take it to get back to us.

International Orders

Delivery times will vary from country to country. Please be aware that import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges for overseas orders. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Should the customer refuse to pay these charges, and the package is returned, the order will be refunded subject to a 30% re-stocking fee and the cost of shipping. To learn more about your countries taxation rates please contact your local customs office.

We do our best to communicate with shipping vendors to track your items and make sure they arrive on time. We're still structurally a small business, so please allow 1 - 2 business days between placing your order and it is packed and sent, allowing an extra day when ordering on the weekend.

All international orders will be shipped via australia post and will be subject to australia post rates. Free shipping will be applied on all orders over $199AU.

Returns - 

What is your returns policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with our products and will gladly exchange or refund your order for all full-priced items within 30 days of receipt where products are in new, unworn and unwashed condition with original tags and packaging. 

Can I return sale items?
Orders can be exchanged for different sizes if available. Please note that change of mind cannot be offered for sale items. 

What if I want a different size instead?
The quickest way to secure the right size is to place a new order online. You can then return your unwanted items for a refund or credit, as per our returns policy.

My items are faulty/incorrect
Please email us to advise of any issues with the items in your order so we can sort out a replacement/refund as soon as possible. If you need to send any of these items back to us, we’re happy to reimburse your return shipping costs. 

Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Yes, you are responsible for posting your return back to us. Feel free to choose the shipping method that best suits you, however, we do suggest a tracked method. If you are returning an item due to it being faulty or incorrectly sent, we will gladly reimburse your postage costs (just get in touch with us first).

How long does it take to receive a refund/credit?
We aim to process your return within 3 business days of receiving your order. We’ll let you know when your refund has been processed.
